  22. My information is, the ANSI C Rationale (only) is available by
  23. anonymous ftp from ftp.uu.net in /doc/standards/ansi/X3.159-1989. You
  24. have to order the standard yourself either from ANSI ($130) or order
  25. the book "The Annotated ANSI C Standard", by Herbert Schildt ($40) because
  26. sales of the full standard are the main revenue of the committee.
